DOOR ACCESS CODE
Your door code is the last four digits of the phone number used at booking. Access is permitted only during your rental time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM.

Emergency Number: 276-200-0060.
Life-threatening emergency: Call 911.
MAX OCCUPANCY
100 guests maximum at all times.
SMOKING / VAPING / ALCOHOL
Smoking and vaping are permitted outside only.
Alcohol is not permitted on the property.
NO ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted inside the building at any time.
This includes pets, emotional support animals, and therapy animals.
Service animals as defined by law are permitted.
Unauthorized animals inside the building will result in loss of the refundable deposit and may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
CLEANING & EXIT
Complete the Exit Checklist posted on the front door.
Leave the venue as found.
Additional cleaning or damage will forfeit the refundable deposit and may result in additional charges.
DECOR RESTRICTIONS
Nothing may be attached to walls, ceilings, windows, doors, or fixtures. No tape, nails, tacks, staples, or adhesives permitted.
RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for all guests and vendors (including caterers, decorators, DJs, and service providers) and for any damages, cleaning issues, or policy violations that occur during your rental period.
LOCK UP BEFORE LEAVING
Turn off lights.
Lock all doors.
