1675 Venue Rental Policies
Rental Times & Rates
Rental Rate: $350 flat daily rental fee
$200 refundable damages/cleaning deposit
Rental Hours: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
(All events must fully conclude by 11:00 PM.)
An event start time will be requested for safety and planning purposes only. This does not alter rental hours, rental rate, or permitted access times.
What’s Included in Your Rental
Use of the indoor venue space
70 chairs
6 round tables (60”)
3 rectangular tables (8’)
Kitchen access includes:
Refrigerator
Microwave
Sink
2 rectangular tables (6’)
2 rectangular tables (8’)
Basic Cleaning tools:
Broom and dustpan
Spray Mop
Television Use:
Wall-mounted televisions are provided for display purposes only. Limited screen mirroring or streaming using the renter’s own streaming accounts may be available, but functionality is not guaranteed.
The venue does not provide cords, adapters, devices, technical assistance, streaming services, or streaming accounts.
If screen mirroring or streaming is not available, renters must not attempt to troubleshoot, adjust, unplug, move, or otherwise modify the television or any connected equipment. Any damage resulting from misuse may result in loss of security deposit and additional charges.
If renters sign into any personal streaming accounts, all account information must be logged out and removed from the television before leaving the venue.
The venue is not responsible for any unauthorized use, charges, or activity on personal streaming accounts used during or after the rental period, including if account information is not removed or logged out.
Not Included
Event décor, event setup, cleanup services, staffing, supplies, food, beverages, additional audio/visual equipment, audio/visual accessories, and any additional items are not provided unless expressly stated in writing.
Payment & Deposit
Full payment is due at the time of booking (no holds without payment).
A $200 refundable damages/cleaning deposit is required and will be refunded within 5 business days if the venue is left clean, undamaged, and all policies are followed.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days before the event: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
Less than 30 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited.
Within 7 days of the event: No refund.
Occupancy & Liability
Maximum occupancy is 100 guests.
The venue provides seating for up to 70 guests.
At no time may the total guest count exceed 100 regardless of the seating.
Renter is solely responsible for ensuring guest count does not exceed 100 people. The venue is not liable for fines, penalties, or safety issues if this occupancy limit is exceeded.
Renter is responsible for all guests, vendors, and activities associated with their event. 1675 Venue is not liable for accidents, injuries, theft or loss of property occurring while on the premises.
Cleaning & Damages
Renter is responsible for all cleanup, including trash removal, sweeping, and wiping down surfaces.
Any damage, excessive cleaning required by the venue, or policy violations will result in loss of the deposit and may result in additional charges.
The venue must be left in the same condition as it was found.
Decorations
No nails, screws, tape, adhesives, hooks, or fasteners of any kind may be used on walls, doors, trim, ceilings, or any surface.
Decorations must be freestanding or placed on tables or chairs only.
All decorations must be removed after the event.
Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building.
Smoking is allowed outside only.
Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of and may not be thrown on the ground.
Failure to comply may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning charges.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Beer, wine, liquor, mixed drinks, and alcoholic beverages of any kind
Alcohol brought by renters, guests, vendors, contractors, or any person
Consumption, possession, distribution, or storage of alcohol anywhere on the property
Any violation of this policy may result in:
Immediate termination of the event
Forfeiture of the security deposit
Additional charges for cleaning, damages, or policy violations
Renters are fully responsible for ensuring all guests, vendors, and attendees comply with this policy. No exceptions will be made.
Food & Kitchen Rules
Crockpots and hot plates are permitted.
No frying or open-flame cooking is allowed inside the venue.
One large trash bag is provided per event.
Additional Rules
Noise and music must be kept at a reasonable level.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Animals
Animals are not permitted inside the building at any time.
This includes pets, emotional support animals, and therapy animals.
Service animals as defined by law are permitted.Unauthorized animals inside the building may result in loss of security deposit and additional cleaning or damage charges.
Interior Lighting Instructions
Use only light switches marked with gold star stickers
Do NOT use or adjust light switches with clear protective covers
Covered switches are not renter-operated and must not be touched
Lock-Up Responsibility
The renter is responsible for securing the building at the conclusion of the event.
Before leaving, renters must:
Turn off all approved lights
Ensure all exterior doors are fully closed and locked
Failure to properly secure the building may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or additional charges.
Optional Renter’s Insurance & Liability Disclaimer
Renters may choose to obtain short-term event or renter’s liability insurance for their own protection against accidental damage, injury, or loss involving the renter, their guests or vendors while on the premises.
Any insurance obtained is optional and solely the renter’s responsibility.
1675 Venue does not provide, require, manage, verify, or oversee insurance coverage and assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or losses including but not limited to bodily injury property damage or theft occurring while on the premises.
The renter remains fully responsible for all guests, vendors, and activities associated with their event.

By booking online or signing in person, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
